A community energy group in East Sussex has secured a £40,000 grant from the government's Rural Community Energy Fund to lead the village out of "volatile costs and dirty air associated with oil and LPG boilers."

The Brighton Energy Co-operative has announced the launch of an EU-funded Community Solar Accelerator project that offers grants to promote community solar in small and medium enterprises up to 30 June 2023.
